Sveiki, mielieji tautieciai. Cia Zi ir Dovi is Galapagu salu.

Turime jums nauja klausima! Uzduotis paremta senokais ispudziais, kuriais pamirsome su jumis laiku pasidalinti (truputi del to geda, bet geriau veliau, negu dar veliau!). Pas nugaletojus, savaime aisku, skries puikios atvirutes is Galapagu, o klausimas stai toks:

Honduro kavinese, restoranuose, viesbuciuose, parduotuvese ir gyvenamuose namuose daznai galima pastebeti skaidrius, vandens pripildytus polietileninius maiselius, kabancius palubese, ties langais ir durimis. Kaip manote, kokia siu maiseliu paskirtis?

New Quiz!! New Quiz!! New Quiz!! on May 17, 2006

Hi guys, this is Zee & Dovi from the Galapagos Islands, and we have a new quiz for you!

This quiz is based on a relatively old experience which we forgot to share with you (shame on us!). Yet, better later than never :) The winner(s) will get a beautiful postcard from the Galapagos!!! The question is as follows:

Imagine a transparent plastic bag filled with water so it looks like a balloon. In Honduras, you can see lots of such water bags hanging on the walls, from the ceilings, at the entrances or at the windows of nearly every restaurant, café, bar, hotel room or grocery store. In your opinion, what is the purpose of the bags?

Buenas Dias, Thank you so much for the web site!! You all are awesome for giving so much to the traveling community. Thank you. My girlfriend and I will be beginning our trip from Phoenix to Panama in July and will probably take 4-7 weeks to end up in Panama City where we'll live at least temporarily. I've been shopping for a vehicle all day, and then I stumbled into your website this evening. By coincidence, I decided on a pathfinder as well. I havent read all your entries yet; is the Pathfinder doing well? I've considered getting a plain looking 2001 SE. Do you still think the risk of driving a higher profile car outweighs the benifits of a newer machine? I'd be very much appreciative of any advice you could give to a first time international roadtripper. Thanks again for all of your efforts. Hope your trip is safe, troublefree, and everything you hoped.

Paz,
Dylan

Sūnau, kur tave velnias nešioja po tokias mažas salas?
Ten ir nusileidimo takas gali būti per trumpas ir aplamai lakūnas gali tokios mažos salos nepamatyti...
Nemesk kelio dėl takelio...
